Our Wildfell Beef
Wildfell Farm in Ramsey Heights, Huntingdon, is 260 acres of land nestled on the edge of the fens and bordering conservation land.
The Wildfell Aberdeen Angus and Wildfell Wagyu herds were established in 2015 by Chris Wilkinson with the primary aim, drive and ambition to satisfy a personal desire to produce consistently great quality beef using selected genetics from around the world where superior eating quality is recognised and rewarded, using conservation grazing.
We want to consistently produce beef which has a recognisably better eating quality which matches the global brand images and validates them as a superior quality products.
Wildfell Wagyu beef is our home bred Wagyu x Aberdeen Angus cross. Our Wagyu is produced using our own Wagyu Bulls and our own Pedigree Aberdeen Angus cattle. Our beef is F2 and F3 with some Full Blood on the Way.
Famed the world over for it's amazing marbling, it's taste, tenderness and succulence is unleashed during the cooking process resulting in beef like no other. It is sold in high end restaurants and hotels mostly for an eye watering prices.
Wildfell Aberdeen Angus is locally reared in Ramsey Heights. Our Wildfell Aberdeen Angus is Pure Aberdeen Angus not just Aberdeen Angus Sired. We are breeding our Angus with using the best genetics from around the World to elevate the Beef eating quality of home grown British Beef to the next level.
All our cattle are born, raised and grass fed outside in a natural environment to the highest of welfare standards.
We age all our beef on the bone for 28 days.
